Returns & Exchange Policy

Below Refund & Exchange Policies are applicable only on orders placed directly to Toyishland.
We will gladly exchange the products received by the customer in case of damages. The product should be checked by customer at the time of delivery before making the payment and should be returned to Toyishland’s delivery man if the product is found broken for exchange.
Customer cannot forward any claims for damaged product after self-inspection made of the products received
In case of any electric fault or working problem in products a complaint can be lodged at info@toyishland.com within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, customers cannot forward any claims regarding our products.
If the complaint is lodged within a specified time limit, Toyishland representative will get in touch with the customer through WhatsApp to know about the problem and will guide online if the problem is due to some fixing error otherwise will arrange the collection of products for examination. If the claim is accurate, we will replace the faulty part and will send back the product to customer after making it perfect.
Refund or exchange on not liking the product after purchase will NOT be entertained. However, you can share the issues at info@toyishland.com for your case to be reviewed.
Exchange will be made within 7 days if the product received is not identical to the product ordered on the website.
If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
